Keeping a weight loss journal is an invaluable and powerful tool to boost your weight loss journey and enhance self-awareness. Over time you can use it to hone your strategies for weight loss and accelerate your success, Here are 7 ways to harness the power of a weight loss journal:
Know your whys: Understanding your whys for weight loss is a crucial first step in any weight loss journey. Use your journal to explore why you want to lose weight. Be free and open and describe all the reasons WHY you want to lose weight. Spend time on this and hone your whys into 1-3 key whys to guide your weight loss journey. You can use the journal to write and rewrite these whys and even turn them into daily mantras.
Record Your Goals: Start your journal by setting clear and achievable weight loss goals. Write down your aspirations, motivations, and the specific steps you'll take to reach them.
